Bu gizlilik politikası ve kullanım koşulları; ESDEV Teknoloji ("Hizmet Sağlayıcı", "Firma") tarafından geliştirilen ve ÜCRETSİZ olarak sunulan daire.site web sitesi (www.daire.site) ile daire.site mobil uygulaması (Android ve iOS; birlikte "Uygulama") için geçerlidir. Hizmet "OLDUĞU GİBİ" (AS IS) sunulmaktadır.

1. HİZMETİN KAPSAMI
daire.site; apartman ve site yönetimleri için aidat takibi, gelir-gider kaydı, duyuru yayınlama, sakin talepleri, banka hesap bilgisi paylaşımı ve gider belgesi (fatura fotoğrafı/PDF) saklama işlevleri sunan bir yönetim aracıdır. Uygulamaya giriş, site yönetimi tarafından oluşturulan hesaplarla yapılır; herkese açık üyelik kaydı yoktur.

2. İŞLENEN VERİLER VE VERİLERİN KAYNAĞI
Uygulamada işlenen kişisel veriler şunlardır:
- Kimlik ve iletişim bilgileri: ad-soyad, telefon numarası, e-posta adresi, daire/blok bilgisi.
- Finansal kayıtlar: aidat borç/ödeme kayıtları, gelir-gider kayıtları, site yönetimine ait banka hesap (IBAN) bilgileri.
- İçerik verileri: duyurular, talepler, açıklamalar, notlar ve eklenen dosyalar (fatura fotoğrafı, PDF vb.).
- Teknik veriler: oturum güvenliği için gerekli kimlik doğrulama bilgileri (şifrelenmiş) ve sunucu işlem kayıtları.

ÖNEMLİ — VERİLERİN KAYNAĞI: Sakinlere ait ad-soyad, telefon, e-posta, daire bilgisi gibi kişisel veriler ile aidat/borç kayıtları, SİTE YÖNETİCİSİ HESABI tarafından sisteme girilir. Bu verilerin doğruluğu, güncelliği, hukuka uygunluğu ve ilgili kişilerin (sakinlerin) bilgilendirilmesi/açık rızasının alınması dahil 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamındaki veri sorumluluğu, veriyi giren site yönetimine aittir. ESDEV Teknoloji bu verileri yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için barındırır ve işler; verilerin içeriğini oluşturmaz, denetlemez ve başka amaçla kullanmaz.

3. KULLANICI İÇERİKLERİNDEN SORUMLULUK
- Duyurular ve bildirimler: Duyuru oluşturma ve bunlara bağlı bildirim gönderme işlemi tamamen ilgili yönetici hesabı tarafından yapılır. Yanlış, yanıltıcı, hatalı veya hukuka aykırı bir duyurunun/bildirimin tek sorumlusu, içeriği GÖNDEREN KİŞİDİR. Bu tür içeriklerden Uygulama, ESDEV Teknoloji ve yazılım geliştiricileri sorumlu tutulamaz.
- Yönetici tarafından girilen bilgiler: Sistemin herhangi bir yerinde (isim, açıklama, duyuru, talep, not vb.) hakaret, cinsel içerik, kumar-bahis tanıtımı veya başka herhangi bir yasa dışı/uygunsuz içerik bulunması hâlinde bu durum, ilgili bilgiyi giren yönetici hesabından (veya ilgili kullanıcıdan) kaynaklanır; Uygulamayı, ESDEV Teknoloji'yi ve yazılım geliştiricilerini hiçbir şekilde bağlamaz ve sorumluluk doğurmaz.
- Resim ve dosya ekleri: Uygulamaya eklenen her türlü resim, fotoğraf ve dosyanın içeriği, ekleyen kullanıcının münhasır sorumluluğundadır. Eklenen resim ve dosya içerikleri KESİNLİKLE Uygulamayı, uygulamayı geliştiren firmayı (ESDEV Teknoloji) ve yazılım geliştiricileri bağlamaz.
- Hukuka aykırı içerik bildirimi: Bu tür bir içerikle karşılaşırsanız info@daire.site adresine bildirmenizi rica ederiz; bildirilen içerikler incelenir ve gerekli görülmesi hâlinde kaldırılır.

4. REKLAMLAR (YALNIZCA MOBİL UYGULAMA)
Mobil uygulamada, yalnızca standart kullanıcı (sakin) oturumlarında Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilebilir. Reklam hizmeti kapsamında Google, kendi gizlilik politikasına tabi olarak cihaz tanımlayıcıları ve reklam performans verileri gibi bilgileri işleyebilir. Uygulama kendisi konum izni İSTEMEZ; reklam servisi, ancak cihazınızda daha önce başka bir şekilde izin verilmişse yaklaşık konumu kendi politikaları çerçevesinde kullanabilir. 5. BİLDİRİMLER
Mobil uygulama, yeni duyuruları cihazınıza bildirim olarak gösterebilir. Bildirim izni isteğe bağlıdır ve cihaz ayarlarından kapatılabilir. Bildirim içerikleri, ilgili yönetici hesabının oluşturduğu duyurulardan üretilir (bkz. Madde 3).

6. VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ VE SAKLAMA
Veriler, güvenli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden iletilir; kimlik doğrulama bilgileri güncel güvenlik standartlarına uygun biçimde şifrelenerek saklanır. Veriler, hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır. Site yönetimi, kendi kayıtlarını uygulama içindeki silme fonksiyonlarıyla kaldırabilir; hesap ve veri silme talepleri için info@daire.site adresine yazılabilir.

7. ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF HİZMETLER
Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanabilir; her biri kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir:
- Google Play Hizmetleri (Android dağıtımı)
- Apple App Store Hizmetleri (iOS dağıtımı)
- Google AdMob (yalnızca mobil, reklam)
- E-posta gönderim altyapısı (hesap ve bilgilendirme e-postaları)

8. ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ
Uygulama 13 yaş altı kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplanmaz.

9. HİZMETİN "OLDUĞU GİBİ" SUNULMASI, ÜCRETSİZLİK VE SÜRE
Bu site ve uygulama "OLDUĞU GİBİ" yayınlanmakta ve kullanıma sunulmaktadır. Yazılım geliştirme süreci gereği oluşabilecek hata, kodlama hatası, mantık hatası, kesinti, veri kaybı veya bunlardan kaynaklanan doğrudan ya da dolaylı herhangi bir zarardan ESDEV Teknoloji ve yazılım geliştiricileri sorumlu tutulamaz. Hizmet ÜCRETSİZ ve BELİRSİZ SÜRELİ olarak sunulmaktadır; ESDEV Teknoloji, hizmeti dilediği zaman, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın kısmen veya tamamen durdurma, değiştirme veya kapatma hakkını saklı tutar. Kullanıcılar, kendi kayıtlarının yedeğini almaktan kendileri sorumludur. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

10. KVKK KAPSAMINDAKİ HAKLARINIZ
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini talep etme haklarınız saklıdır. Sakin verilerine ilişkin talepler öncelikle veriyi sisteme giren site yönetimine, platforma ilişkin talepler ise info@daire.site adresine iletilebilir.

11. POLİTİKA DEĞİŞİKLİKLERİ
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer. Sayfayı düzenli aralıklarla kontrol etmeniz önerilir.

This privacy policy and terms of use apply to the daire.site website (www.daire.site) and the daire.site mobile application for Android and iOS (together, the "Application"), created by ESDEV Teknoloji ("Service Provider", "Company") and provided as a FREE service. The service is provided "AS IS".

1. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
daire.site is a management tool for apartment buildings and housing complexes: dues tracking, income/expense records, announcements, resident requests, sharing of the management's bank account details, and storage of expense documents (invoice photos/PDFs). Access is only through accounts created by the site management; there is no public sign-up.

2. DATA PROCESSED AND ITS SOURCE
The Application processes the following personal data:
- Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, e-mail address, apartment/block information.
- Financial records: dues debts/payments, income and expense records, the management's bank account (IBAN) details.
- Content data: announcements, requests, descriptions, notes and uploaded files (invoice photos, PDFs, etc.).
- Technical data: encrypted authentication data required for session security, and server operation logs.

IMPORTANT — SOURCE OF THE DATA: Residents' personal data (name, phone, e-mail, apartment details) and dues/debt records are entered into the system by the SITE MANAGER ACCOUNT. The accuracy, currency and lawfulness of this data — including informing the data subjects (residents) and obtaining any required consent under applicable data protection law (including Turkish Law No. 6698, "KVKK") — is the responsibility of the site management that enters the data, acting as the data controller. ESDEV Teknoloji only hosts and processes this data to operate the service; it does not create, moderate or otherwise use it.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR USER CONTENT
- Announcements and notifications: Announcements, and the notifications derived from them, are created solely by the relevant manager account. The SENDER alone is responsible for any wrong, misleading, erroneous or unlawful announcement or notification. The Application, ESDEV Teknoloji and the software developers cannot be held liable for such content.
- Manager-entered information: If any content anywhere in the system (names, descriptions, announcements, requests, notes, etc.) contains insults, sexual content, promotion of gambling/betting, or any other illegal or inappropriate material, that situation originates from the manager account (or user) that entered the information. It does not bind and creates no liability for the Application, ESDEV Teknoloji, or the software developers.
- Images and file attachments: The content of any image, photo or file uploaded to the Application is the sole responsibility of the uploading user. Uploaded image and file contents ABSOLUTELY DO NOT bind the Application, the company that developed the Application (ESDEV Teknoloji), or the software developers.
- Reporting unlawful content: If you encounter such content, please report it to info@daire.site; reported content will be reviewed and removed where necessary.

4. ADVERTISING (MOBILE APPLICATION ONLY)
The mobile application may display ads via Google AdMob, only in standard (resident) user sessions. Within the advertising service, Google may process information such as device identifiers and ad performance data under its own privacy policy. The Application itself does NOT request location permission; the advertising service may use approximate location under its own policies only if such permission has previously been granted on your device by other means. 5. NOTIFICATIONS
The mobile application may show new announcements as device notifications. Notification permission is optional and can be disabled in device settings. Notification content is generated from announcements created by the relevant manager account (see Section 3).

6. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
Data is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS); authentication data is stored encrypted in line with current security standards. Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. Site managements can remove their own records using the in-app deletion functions; account and data deletion requests may be sent to info@daire.site.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application may use the following third-party services, each subject to its own privacy policy:
- Google Play Services (Android distribution)
- Apple App Store Services (iOS distribution)
- Google AdMob (mobile only, advertising)
- E-mail delivery infrastructure (account and notification e-mails)

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13, and no personal data is knowingly collected from children under 13.

9. "AS IS" PROVISION, FREE SERVICE AND TERM
This site and application are published and made available "AS IS". ESDEV Teknoloji and the software developers cannot be held liable for any bug, coding error, logic error, interruption, data loss, or any direct or indirect damage arising from them, as is inherent to software development. The service is provided FREE OF CHARGE and for an INDEFINITE TERM; ESDEV Teknoloji reserves the right to suspend, modify or shut down the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Users are responsible for keeping their own backups of their records. By using the Application you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

10. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
Under applicable data protection law (including Article 11 of KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request correction or deletion. Requests concerning resident data should first be addressed to the site management that entered the data; requests concerning the platform may be sent to info@daire.site.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically.
